Another concrete 'tilt slab' industrial building (refer Dealership). Relying on colour, window /door variation, texture, and  panelling demarcation. This was a very restrictive site, considering the size, topography, Client  and Local Authority requirements. We master planned the site including landscaping & driveways. The building comprises a series of flexible layout rental spaces and relevant amenities. A large showroom and second floor for office administration.
