RIVER VIEW
2007, Location - Hastings District, NSW. Very
extensive renovation / additions to a level (flood prone) north facing,
river frontage site. The Client had an extensive accommodation list. The
design work involved master planning the site, except for an existing
swimming pool. Resulting in two, double storey buildings linked by a covered
hardwood walkway, a boathouse, jetty, & various landscaped courtyards. The
goal to have as many rooms as possible facing northern light toward the
River. |
