Riverfront subdivision for 12 medium density mixture single and two storey, terrace style homes.The concept turned out to be very complex due to site restrictions, Client and local constraints. Our commission: urban plan block layouts, roadways, pathways, landscape, block size and position. Buildings predominantly texture coated brick veneer, slab on ground, and tiled roofs.
