2001, Location - Newcastle, NSW.
Approx 45-50 Medium density two and three storey terrace style housing for a completely new Village by the river front, involving master and urban planning. This was a very restrictive Project, with quite rigid constraints regarding material use, style, and the requirements of our Client - one of the three selected Builders.  Construction - face and painted brick veneer, concrete ground floor, upper platform flooring, metal and tiled roofs.
