Shared RAIA Premiers Award for a mixed new housing community. This was a very restrictive project, with quite rigid constraints regarding material use, style, and the requirements of our Client - one of the four selected Builders. The result is approx. a dozen single dwellings, a dozen terraces, and about fifteen townhouses. Construction predominantly two storey, face and painted brick veneer, concrete ground floor slabs and tiled roofs.
