2004, The last allowable, small Resort on Lord Howe Island.  A  Fully master planned village of six bungalows,   restaurant, all interiors, artworks, furniture, complete with linen, cutlery etc. and landscaping. The Clients' maritime theme was achieved via a central boardwalk  'spine' through the site, with each bungalow  'at anchor' to this boardwalk. The Resort runs off its' own generator/battery/ power system, solar hot water, gravity feed rainwater, recycled greywater - an authentic 'eco tourism' approach.
