We have extensive experience with full Design and Construct Packages. For us the most appealing part to this process is the close similarity to our wholistic philosophy. All construction is a 'team' effort, and the benefit of working closely with a 'known' group of skilled craftsman achieves an efficient relationship between design, quality, time, and cost considerations. We are particularly attracted to the benefits of the improved result this process tends to achieve, above others. Builders and tradesman regularly indicate to us how often they are initially unclear as to why we approach things a certain way, however because of the closely integrated approach of design/construct they are given the opportunity to recognise and see beyond the drawings to what is 'driving' the concept behind the design. We have found that when the tradesman are afforded this opportunity there is a direct benefit to them and the project.
