2007, Location - Hastings District, NSW. A Suburban site close by the Pacific Ocean, with rainforest to the east and west. The block slopes steeply to the west with considerable regulation restrictions. eg. strict height limits and fire regulations.
Construction is predominantly reinforced concrete floors and walls. Upper bedrooms and  lower living area is a polished hardwood floor. Metal traydeck roof. Wool/polyester  insulated walls and ceilings. Double glazed windows and doors  throughout. 'Back to back' concrete lap pool and water tank.  Team - Leaney/Russell /Roberts
