1990, Location - Hastings District, NSW. A 68 acre  property,  mostly woodland, sloping to the north. In the highest south-eastern corner a series of buildings. The main residence is located along the old logging road, designed with  three separate pavilions.  This enables all rooms to have a northerly aspect. Construction: pisé walls, vaulted roofs clad externally in corrugated steel, & oiled hardwood floors. Our first macrobiotic home.
Nearby, a pool and  rendered  block and concrete domed roofed pavilion, known as ‘The 'Tankroom’ due to two 5,000 gal. concrete water tanks forming the east & west walls.
