2001, Location - Hastings District, NSW.
Located on a remote 25 acre avocado orchard. This was the first home for the Owner. The challenge, like most projects, was how to meet the required  accommodation, budget, and best construction type for the site. The result is a 'lightweight' structure which exploits the finest properties of the materials used. The slope of the land supported achieving a double garage within the budget. The building relies on it's own  gravity  rainwater, and sewage system. Passive and active solar principles are considered. Constructed on time and on budget.  Architect / Project Manager -
